They are very adaptable to the precision motion control platform.

Multilayer piezo actuators are used as liner electromechanical drivers or motors. They act mainly like an expanding element generating a compressive force. The complete motion cycle is nearly proportional toa voltage signal input from DC up to high frequencies.
